A charming horseback ride for those who want to experience horseback riding in the wild of Lapland, and enjoy the silence of the forest and the beauty of nature. The trip includes walk and trot, depending on the weather conditions. Before the ride, we shortly introduce the horses you'll be riding, and after the ride you have an opportunity to meet our sled dogs.
Note that the participant must have at least moderate previous riding experience. We recommend our riding activities for participants whose weight does not significantly exceed 80 kg. Most of Konijänkkä’s horses are small to medium-sized, so following this general guideline allows us to ensure that every rider has a horse of suitable size for the tour.
