Opening on 15 December, Arctic SnowHotel is one of the largest snow and ice hotels in the world, the most instagrammable attraction in Rovaniemi and a destination you don’t want to miss. Inside the hotel, the temperature is always between 0°C and -5°C, making it a comfortable visit even when it is very cold outside.
The hotel is rebuilt every year and decorated with a changing theme. Every room and suite is a unique work of art, and the Ice Restaurant and Ice Bar are adorned with dozens of snow and ice sculptures. In the Ice Bar, you can enjoy a truly cold drink served in a glass made of ice.
The hotel area also features a large snow slide and kick sleds for winter fun. If you start to feel cold, you can warm up and enjoy a drink at the Visiting Point or the Sky Bar.
