Join us in Finnish Lapland as the sun returns after the long polar night. The Return of the Sun is a small-group wilderness week where you’ll walk with huskies, snowshoe frozen lakes, share fires in traditional kotas, and relax in saunas under the northern lights sky. You will learn the basics of training the puppies, dog handling and training for sledding, with an optional husky sledding trip during the week.
With a mix of guided activities, husky training workshops, and one free day to explore at your own pace, this journey offers both immersion and freedom. It’s about slowing down, learning new skills, and experiencing the true Arctic wilderness.
