After the day's activities, let's get the dry suits on, step down the stairs, and let ourselves be supported by water in a frozen lake. Because the area is quiet and with only a few lights around, the location is perfect for observing the Northern sky, stars, constellations, snowfall, or Northern Lights. (We cannot guarantee the Northern Lights.)
After floating, we will enjoy a traditional Finnish lakeside sauna. You will have a chance to try ice swimming and experience the relaxing effects of the warmth of the sauna and icy water. We will continue observing the sky during the sauna. This is an experience that will help your mind, body, and spirit to connect – and a very Finnish way to end a day!
EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Short theory and safety briefing about floating. Professional guide with you ensuring the safety through the adventure. Drysuit with warm hood and wetsuit gloves, PFD. Bathing in sauna by the lake (bring your own towel and swimming suit)
