Reindeer are at the very heart of Lappish culture — they have shaped the lives, the economy and the identity of the people of this region for thousands of years. This farm visit and sleigh ride gives you a genuine, unhurried encounter with these extraordinary Arctic animals.
Your visit begins with a warm welcome from our knowledgeable guides, who share the fascinating world of reindeer husbandry: their behaviour, their cold-weather adaptations, and the deep traditions of herding that continue to this day. Then comes the highlight — a magical 2km ride through snowy forests and open winter meadows, pulled by a gentle reindeer-drawn sleigh. After the ride, feed the reindeer their favourite treats, take your photos, and warm up with hot drinks and biscuits.
Perfect for families, couples and all ages. One of the most iconic Lapland experiences, delivered with genuine local warmth.
