Reindeer Fence Visit Near Ivalo Airport

Step into our reindeer fence to meet the home reindeer that live in the enclosure through the winter, then warm up in the traditional hut with grilled sausages and hot berry juice by the fire.

Along the way, we share stories about reindeer herding and local Sámi culture. Since the fence sits right next to Ivalo Airport, it's an easy stop to fit in before a flight.

This is an outdoor visit, so dress in warm clothing and good, insulated shoes. If you don't have your own winter gear, it's possible to rent clothing through us.
