Step into the real Lappish wilderness and discover hundreats of reindeer in a private farm just for us to visit, lappish tradition, and the untouched beauty of wilderness village with our trusted local family team. Enjoy nice lunch made in super cozy cabin.
Join us for a heartwarming day in the true Lappish wilderness, where nature, local culture, and unforgettable moments come together. Our native family-run team will pick you up from your accommodation in the Levi area in a comfortable minivan. We always keep our groups small — a maximum of 8 guests — so the experience stays personal and relaxed. After a scenic 30-minute drive, we’ll arrive in the tiny wilderness village of Lompolo, home to just 55 people and over 6,500 reindeer. At a charming private local reindeer farm, you’ll meet and feed these gentle animals while hearing fascinating stories about reindeer life, Lapland’s nature, local traditions, and the eight unique seasons of the region. You’ll also have the chance to purchase reindeer antlers as a special keepsake — just remember to bring some cash. Next, try your luck at ice fishing for perch, then warm up inside a traditional cozy lakeside cabin. We’ll enjoy a tasty soup lunch and hot drinks together, and if we catch a fish, we’ll cook it right there by the fire! You’ll return with a heart full of memories and a camera full of photos. We promise you a wonderful day filled with real authenticity, connection, and the magic of Lapland.
