Please keep in mind that in the beginning of the season (November) or end of the season (april) the sled ride cannot be guaranteed as this depend on the snow conditions of the tracks.
We cannot know before hand if rides are possible as this can change overnight depending on weather forecast and and how is the track condition on same morning.
If the ride is not possible, you will be given the opportunity instead to spend sometime inside the fence with the reindeers and feed them and take some photos and videos with them.
