We'll pick you up from your accommodation and head to the reindeer farm. This is Rovaniemi's oldest reindeer farm, with more than 250 years of history, and one of the few still dedicated to reindeer herding today.
Once at the farm, the herders will welcome you to begin the sleigh safari through the forest and across the lake. After a safety briefing, you'll set off on a peaceful safari through the forest, where you can relax under the starry sky, enjoy the silence of the forest and, with luck, catch sight of the northern lights.
After the ride, the herders will explain how they work with these unique animals throughout the year while you enjoy a hot drink and sweet treats by the fire.
After the safari, we'll take you back to your accommodation.
