We'll pick you up from your accommodation and, after fitting you with winter clothing at our office, head to one of Rovaniemi's oldest reindeer farms — run by the same family for almost 400 years.
At the farm, the owners will show you around and you'll enjoy a pleasant 400-metre ride in a reindeer-pulled sleigh. Afterwards, they'll tell you all about these unique Arctic animals while you enjoy a hot drink and pastries by the fire.
Finally, you'll have the chance to take photos with the farm's friendliest reindeer.
After the farm visit, we'll head to the Vikaköngäs area, on the other side of the Arctic Circle, where we'll climb Vaattunkivaara hill for views over the snowy forests from a wooden lookout tower.
After the hike, we'll refuel with a Lappish BBQ at the riverside laavu shelters.
Afterwards, we'll take you back to your accommodation, or to Rovaniemi city centre — or, on request, to Santapark or Santa Claus Village.
