Explore Lapland without limits
Fat tires let you ride on every kind of terrain — city roads, rocky paths, forests, sand and even snow. It's the perfect way to explore Rovaniemi's landscapes all year round, including winter. The electric engine makes riding easy and pleasant even in snowy conditions, with a Shimano motor and a battery built for cold Arctic conditions — e-fatbikes are very easy to ride, even for beginners.
The tour is always private and adapted to your level, with different difficulty options and sightseeing opportunities. Your guide leads you from Rovaniemi city centre on a scenic itinerary, starting on easy cycling paths before entering forest roads and, if you like, reaching hilltops. A gentler cultural tour of the city's sights and Santa Claus Village is also possible for an easy ride without too many challenges — you can discuss the best itinerary for your group.
During this 3-hour tour, your guide makes a longer break at a nice viewpoint with refreshments — a good moment to learn more about local culture and life in Lapland.
Prefer to ride without a guide?
You can rent electric fatbikes from us: reserve them in our online rental shop and collect them from our office in the city centre, ready to go. Our team explains how to safely use the bikes and the different routes you can take (see also our blog post). For families cycling around Rovaniemi or to Santa Claus Village (8km from the city), we also rent a cart for young children under 22kg that attaches to the back wheel of the e-fatbike.
Electric fatbikes are provided along with safety helmets and bike locks.
