Insider: 3-Hour Northern Lights Bus Tour

Departure. The tour departs Rovaniemi city center at 8:00 PM for three hours of aurora hunting.

Real-time hunting. Your professional Northern Lights guide uses real-time data to pick the best viewing locations for the night.

Stops. The bus stops for 15 minutes at each chosen spot — if the lights appear, you stay longer to enjoy them; if not, you move on to the next prime viewing area.

Stay warm. Between stops, wait comfortably inside the bus, where your guide shares insights and answers questions over a hot beverage.
