Step 1. Your experience begins with ice floating: dressed in a high-quality insulated survival suit, you lower yourself into a hole cut into a frozen lake and float effortlessly on the surface, kept warm and dry by the suit.
Step 2. Afterwards, you head straight into a log-built, wood-heated sauna by the lake to fully warm up and relax in the traditional Finnish way.
Good to know. The floating suits are universal sizes, suitable for guests between 140–190 cm tall and weighing 40–95 kg.
