Day 1. Your guide welcomes you, walks you through the itinerary, and gets you comfortable on your electric fatbike. In the early afternoon you set off on an easy, roughly 50km ride along cycling paths and safe roads through the forest — no mountain biking skills required, and the electric assist keeps it comfortable yet sporty. The pace is adapted to your group, which is kept small or private for a more intimate experience.
Meet the reindeer. At a long-established reindeer farm you'll meet and feed Lapland's most iconic animals. Inside a traditional kota hut, the herder shares stories and facts about their lifestyle around the fire, and serves a homemade supper on site.
Night in the wilderness. From the farm you ride on to a traditional wilderness cottage with no running water or electricity — the perfect retreat into nature. Your guide lights the wood-burning sauna stove and shows you the Finnish way to use it; a pontoon leads straight into the lake for anyone brave enough for a dip. All equipment is provided, so you only need to enjoy the moment.
Day 2. After a good breakfast, you hop back on the e-bikes and ride back to Rovaniemi by a different route (approximately 60km), with a guide-prepared lunch break around an open fire halfway through.
