Your guide picks you up in Rovaniemi and takes you to a riverside sauna with panoramic windows, where canoes and equipment are waiting, along with a short safety and technique briefing.
Paddle at your own pace on the calm river, taking in the sky's colors. No experience is needed - your guide stays nearby for safety and support, giving you privacy to enjoy the moment.
Warm up in the panoramic sauna, already heated and ready, with sweeping views over the landscape. Your guide lights the wood-burner and shows you the traditional Finnish way to enjoy it.
Cool off with a dip in the river from the wooden path, or relax on the terrace while your guide serves snacks and hot drinks.
Depending on the season, enjoy late evening sunsets (July-September), midnight sun colors (late May-late July), or Northern Lights spotting from late August onward, weather permitting. Afternoon sessions departing around 14:00 are also available.
