Adventure Park Pyhäkuru sits within the Pyhä ski resort, 130 kilometers north-east of Rovaniemi. On arrival, head to the reception meeting point at Hotel Pyhätunturi (CAMP Kitchen & bar), Kultakeronkatu 21, where your guide will meet you and escort you to the Adventure Park.
At the park you're fitted with a climbing helmet and harness, given full safety instructions, and shown your route options — there is a route for every fitness and confidence level, and no prior climbing experience is needed.
In the snow season, you take on the park's most popular 3-track route, crossing zip-lines and a rope bridge through the gorge.
The last two departures of the day, at 2pm and 4pm, are headlamp adventures: you climb in the winter twilight or darkness guided only by your headlamp, experiencing the Arctic night and the silence of Pyhätunturi.
