Your day begins with pickup at Seminaarikatu 9 in Kemijärvi, or another designated pickup point, where you'll gear up in warm winter clothes and boots.
From there, enjoy a 1.5-hour scenic drive to Korouoma, one of Lapland's most dramatic canyon landscapes.
Spend 3 hours hiking a 5km trail through the canyon, taking in the towering ice-clad cliffs and the frozen Korouoma waterfalls up close.
Toward the end of the hike, warm up with a wilderness BBQ before the 1.5-hour drive back to Kemijärvi.
